We love working with AC Experts of Florida. We were referred to them by someone in our community who was referred by another couple in our community. So they have definitely made a name for themselves for going above and beyond and being incredibly easy to work with. Their prices are very fair. We did have one issue pop up but Alejandro schedule time to come back the next day to fix it. They are all so nice and him coming the next day showed me accountability which is a rare trait these days. If I ever have a need again I will be calling them!
I can't recommend Alex enough. He replied immediately to my inquiry and was at the location in the next 45 min. He didn't leave until he found the underlying issue and made sure everything was running properly. Upon our request to fill up the freon while at it, he told us it doesn't need filled, even though he could've easily charged us for it, as the main unit is outside. He's very trustworthy and professional. I highly recommend him.
